Hello
Im looking for any advice please.
My midwife asked at 12 week booking appointment weather i had had previous experience with social services. I replied i had. My daughter now 4 in under a sgo.
Im now with a new partner. And im expecting a little one in nov. Since the midwife put the referal through at 12 weeks i havent heard anything back. Im now 21 weeks and half. The last thing midwife said is not to worry everything is gunna be okay. Im worried sick that they will try to remove my baby at birth. I have no criminal convictions and have a professional career. Any advice to stop me worrying would help.

Many thanks

Ask the midwife if she is flagging it up to social services, if she is... there will be an investigation, ask the social worker to be transparent with you.

It is HIGHLY unlikely, virtually impossible if as you stated in your post the circumstances have massively changed that your baby will be removed at birth

They may monitor you, id be willing to bet a lot of money you will keep your baby however
