Child arrangement order recitals.

I was in court on 15/5 for a child arrangement order.

The applicants barrister is writing things in the recitals that weren't agreed or ordered. They are not even directions they are saying that my behaviour was reprehensible!?
I've asked for these things to be removed but they are refusing. WHat can I do?

Am I correct that I can ask for these things to be removed?

You need to write to the judge to explain what they are trying to put in that you disagree with, and why they are wrong.

Collaborate, thank you for your reply. I've looked again at the draft order. The points I disagree with are in section B12. I have already asked for this to be referred to a judge. The legal adviser has emailed me but it doesn't seem to be getting reviewed by a judge. Should I pursue this further with the legal adviser and press for it to be seen by a judge?

Being labelled reprehensible has already put me in a vulnerable positions. I feel a bit scared to object. I was ordered to pay £10000 fees for not really doing anything and without the properly being analysed as to what I'd done to be labelled reprehensible.

what can I do?
