Shared care

I have a shared care order with ex which is 50:50,

The order acknowledges that there has been a break in contact at children's wishes and that procedure to 50:50 should be at their pace

Contact has resumed and is progressing but no overnights etc yet

I fully support all of the provisions of the order and contact

I work full time outside of the house. 2 Children one primary age one early secondary.

I am massively struggling to accommodate cost of after school provision and holidays

Is it reasonable for me to say to father that his contact time is set out in the order so whether he has contact or not with the children at that time (as it has to progress at their speed) he is responsible for their care?

He does not make and financial contributions to their upkeep (another story and he is able) so I'm struggling. If he doesn't pick up his three weeks of summer holidays it will cost me about £750 in holiday clubs

Thanks
