Restraining order finishing

Hello. My ex was convicted of assault of my daughter when she was 11. We were given a two year restraining order. We have a son together and contact has been facilitated via his sister for last two years. This runs out in a few months. The property is jointly owned. I have paid mortgage solely for two years. I am worried that he will attempt to move back in. I have tried to remortgage to buy him out unsuccessfully but I do not earn enough in my full time job. Any ideas what I can do? I doubt I qualify for legal aid due to my income. And I am unsure what type of solicitor I would be looking for. I had previously applied for an occupation order but on the day of the court hearing I did not pursue it as felt restraining order carried more weight. Any advice appreciated.

You need a family solicitor.
