Divorce Help - STBEXH refusing to send back forms.

Applied for a divorce due to stbexh raping me.

He's received the paperwork but now is refusing to return it. Can't afford a solicitor and neither can he. He's moved on with another woman and wants to wair because her and her ex are waiting.

I want to be divorced from him ASAP Is there a way that it can go ahead without him returning it?

You need a process server to serve him.

First step, write to the court asking for a copy of the acknowledgement and notice of issue, for personal service. If you have a copy of the petition, send a copy of that for revealing, if you don't they will charge for a copy.

Get a process server off Google like these www.processserving.co.uk and get a quote, get the papers, photo of ex, details of his home/movements/car etc.

Once served send the statement if service to the court, along with your decree nisi application.
