Mother had positive drugs test

The court ordered drugs test has come back positive for class a drugs (cocaine)

How will this be received in court/cafcass?

Has anyone had any experience of this?

In a multitude of ways, depending on the specific facts of the case, and the level of usage shown in the test results.

My step-kids mother denied it, denied it and denied it some more. And SS just glossed over it as by that point the kids were settled in school and they didn't want to upset the status quo. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear, I'm not one of these militant "SS are evil/bastards/child snatchers" but our experience was very disappointing.

The kids are with us and settled ...she wants them, denied drugs, now tested positive for cocaine (1.0 ng/mg)

Well she just reduced her chances quite significantly.
