What's the next step?

So I have a court order for my 2 ds so I get to see them regularly. Every other weekend and a Thursday in between. Recently my ex has started breaking the order and I've missed contact with my children because of that. I am sure I have what counts as a penal notice on the front but am unsure what my step should be in terms of how I go about getting it enforced. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You apply to the court for enforcement using form C79.

OK, thank you I will look into that today. Do you know if there will be a fee?

Yes, there is a fee - £215 to apply for an enforcement order. If the enforcement order is breached an application to take action costs £95.
