Faulty goods

I went to the baby show and brought some display goods at discounted price but not that cheap. It has some scuffs but I was still happy to purchase the goods. When it came to putting the goods in our van the warehouse lads didn’t take care of it and now there is chips and dents that are very visable. The furniture looks worse than second hand. I asked the company for a replacement of the parts and they are not taking any responsibility for it. Do I have any rights? Can I take this further?

The goods were not faulty when you purchased them (other than the scuffs you accepted). Unless the "warehouse lads" worked for the seller you don't have a claim against the seller. You may have a claim against the "warehouse lads" or their employer for damaging your goods.
