Ex and I have agreed to grant step dad PR.
I have offered to cover all costs, which is fine it is my request, however ex has said that the court will charge £25 per application to witness signature on Form C(PRA1)
When I spoke to my local courts there was no mention of a fee to witness a signature. Solicitor mentioned other fees but not this.
Is someone having him on I don't want him and therefore me ripped off. All the directions/instructions for the form don't mention this charge.
