Please if anyone is able to help with the following list of question, i'm doing this myself and want to make sure i'm doing it right, if if you can only answer some any help much appreciated;
1, question 1.5 when do they class as separated? (i told him last march i wanted divorce but he left in jan, i wasn't sleeping in the same room from the mar)
2, question 2.1 total interest in home? (jointly owned with mortgage, me soley paying not through choice since jan, do i still put down 50%)
3, question 2.15 Where do i put extra shifts i do at work, in the bonus/contributions box or somewhere else? (I work bank shifts in my job only sometimes esp now to cover mortgage not through choice and only if i can with childcare and they are available)
4, question 2.9 liabilities, these are in my name but are a build up, except my student loan, of living costs due to having a financially controlling husband. what percentage is my interest in these liabilities? (not sure if i have to put 100% or because they were used for living during the marriage and for me paying the mortgage and everything since he has gone and paid nothing towards anything if i can ask that he is also partly responsible)
5, What is Nett income? (i know it is after tax and national insurance but is it my actual take home pay as i pay union subscription because i have to be part of one for my job and i have to pay for parking at work so these come out of my pay directly)
6, question 2.19 asked about any other income not disclosed above, do i put csa money in here? I wrote the amount of csa he was made to pay as he refused to pay towards anything so that is written in 1.13 but do i repeat it here at 2.19 as it only asked for any income NOT disclosed above?
