What should I do-change to contact order

So long story short. I have a contact order in place as my ep always messed me around before I got it. I have just moved house and this has meant it is a struggle to do part of what is in there as it's after school and as I don't drive there is no way I can get to my house and back to drop off point in time.
I did speak to ep about this and we had agreed a change but she is now going back on this. I have scheduled mediation to get something written down but she is dragging her feet on this and it's been 3 weeks and still nothing sorted for us to both go in.
I am just thinking should I just go back to court now so there's no more games? And if I did do I need to fill out same paperwork and pay another £215. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

No advice. You're right to try mediation then take it back to court. the court will want to change the arrangements to something that's workable and that gives you roughly the same time, if possible. Might be an opportunity to see if you could get more time - perhaps longer weekends, or more holidays.

Yes, you would need to pay fees and do forms again, it will be classed as a new case and the old case will be noted historically.
