DS dad and Child Arrangement Order

Hi
Can anyone advise me please. My ds dad and I have a Child Arrangement Order in place. Can he go against this and pick ds up from nursery when it is not his day to? He is on the birth certificate. Also, is a CAO the same as a court order?

No, he cannot. Make sure the nursery is aware of the CAO. And yes, a CAO is a court order.

Up to them whether or not they need a copy. If it were me I would give them one anyway so that they are clear what it says.
