I was in a car accident a few years ago (100mph into a solid structure not a fener-bender).
I have injuries relating to this. I have been to see specialist after specialist and it has been passed through the government body that deals with claims. They offered an amount that in no way refelcted my injury. My solicitor advised me to refuse.
The other party has requested my medical records back to 2010. They are welcome to them. I am not lying, so have nothing to hide. I hope they like reports about post partum issues...
My partner and I would like to have another child. This has not happened in nearly six months. I would love to speak to my GP about this, but dont really want other people reading reports about my foof that have no relevance to my spinal injury.
Im in the middle of exams right now and have to wait to see my solicitor.
My question is if I can ask for certain points of my medical records to be withheld as they hold no relevance to the accident or my situation?
