Issues with re-wire quality

Hi everyone,
Just bought first home with husband, heavily pregnant and we paid an electrician for a re-wire. The electrician is registered with a registered body. Did everything we're supposed to do. Got 4 quotes, all of them similar. Chose the electrician based on online reviews....
First fix went really well, however the quality of the second fix is really terrible. He's turned out to be down-right lazy....chasers in the wall are not level, plug sockets are not level. He's coming back to finish the job on Monday and I'm really unhappy. I hate complaining, but we've already paid 5000 of a 5500 invoice and I'm disappointed with the workmanship. Other workmen that have come into the house are appalled by the standard. Any advice on how to tackle this with him on Monday? I need him to complete the work and I need him to sign it off. The baby is due very shortly....

I'd say redo it to the proper standard, if he wont then hes not getting paid the rest, and a complaint will be made to his professional organization and you will be seeing a solicitor to discuss the way forward.

Thank you Rudgie47 for the advice. I think I'll give this a go.
