My friend is in a bit of a situation where she can't afford a solicitor and can't get any legal aid help either.
She has been charged I don't remember the specifics but the scenario was she (penguin) let her close friend (snake) use her ebay account and the friend actually stole from her company some clothes and sold it on her account.
Penguin had nothing to do with this other than allowing snake use her account.
Both have been charged and has a court day at some point beginning of May.
Can someone please help me figure out how I can help her or point towards directions which she can get free help or how she should represent herself. Any advice welcome. I just worry about her as it all is a big shock to her.
