Divorced but not done financials - help

I don't know what to do. My divorce has come through but we haven't done the financials. He pays CMS and that's all. We rented so have no assets. He is a high earner, I am on benefits.

What do I need to do? I had a solicitor but couldn't afford the fees so had to continue the divorce by myself.

I'm unsure what to do next?

What financials are there to deal with if you have no assets and your ex is paying CMS? Does your ex have a pension or savings?

He has a pension and we used to have shares but he said he sold them. He worked abroad for years and has savings but I'll never get access to those. I guess I need some stability that he'll continue to support his children in the future. I find it infuriating that he holidays around the world with his gf whilst I am scraping around for dinner money on a Sunday night. He resents paying anything above the bare minimum for them. Just makes me angry.

My ex was the high earner, but as he took all the income and savings I qualified for Legal Aid as soon as I became eligible for benefits.

They were fantastic and did such an amazing job that despite his high priced barrister, Legal Aid was able to get me spousal support while waiting for the financials to be done and then 70% of all the assets due to all his bad acts.

I don't think you can get legal aid anymore for divorce unless with DV?
