Hi, question on behalf of my sis (Scots law applies if relevant).
They are over 2 years separated, house sold proceeds split etc just divorce to resolve. He had Solicitor commence proceedings, sis received papers, not challenging as everything amicable (they just wanted different things). And now, nothing! Papers were issued in July and she hasn't heard a thing since. What might the hold up be?
