Mesher order help.

Is there anyone who can shed some light for me. Basically I left my husband due to mental abuse after 15 years. I left penniless and sofa surfing. He won everything in court under a Mesher order. It’s been 6 years now and my youngest has turned 18 but also moved back with me just leaving my 20 year old at his dad in a 3 bed house. Looking at my order I can pursue the order now but only through court as my eldest son is in a supported unit at college as he is Autistic. I have a 5 year old daughter from my new relationship and we’ve had to move so much that I want to buy a house for us all including my older son. Would I stand any chance in court making my ex sell?

I think you can't get good advice here. It will depend on the specifics of the Mesher order. However if your ex no longer has any under-18s living with him then it seems likely that the court will grant a sale. A Mesher order doesn't deprive you of your asset permanently.
