I have no money for anymore legal services (still paying off a loan for the cost of legal stuff for the divorce).
I've been divorced since the end of 2016 - have the consent order. Ex hasn't done one of the things in the order (I don't want to say what as he has stalked me here before - twat hmm ).
I'm going to make an application to court for enforcement. I had a last bit of advice from a solicitor and know how to fill in the form and what to put in the statement. I just wanted to know what happens after I hand the application to the court and it's served on him. Will I get a date for a hearing then? Will I have to get further documents to the court - I'd planned to send my statement and all the documents in support with the application.
What form will any hearing take (divorce went to final hearing but I managed to get him to settle on the morning of the first day).
I'm sure I'll have more questions. Feeling a bit sick that I have to do this - he's a narcissistic abusive arse and I don't even want to be in the same postcode as him, let alone a court room confused
