form A help and no AoS received

Please somebody help as I don't know what to do next.

question 1, Divorce sent on 2nd Feb i have not received AoS yet, next step? Is it form D11 & D13b I don't actually know where ex is but i know his post goes to his parents house which is miles away so he def not living there. I am doing this all myself due to finances.

question 2, I want to apply for maintenance pending suit but can i do this before decree nisi is pronounced?

Has the Petition actually been issued? Have you had anything back from the Court yet? Which one are you using?

You can apply for maintenance pending suit at any time after the issuing of the petition.

The petition has been issued on 2nd feb so I have my copy from the court & it's the bury St Edmund court. Thanks

I wrote on it that his post is on a redirection to his parents house so he would get it of posted to the family home address. He did say in mediation he had received it when the mediator asked him.

Mediation broke down very quickly as he is so uncooperative so just need things sorted.

Bury are horrifically slow, but I would write in asking for a fresh acknowledgement form. Send a copy of the petition for resealing, then you can get him personally served. Takes 3 or 4 weeks for Bury to manage that.

If in the mean time the acknowledgement comes out, no harm done.
