i have been awarded a piece of land as part of a divorce settlement. the transfer into my name was started last spring but stopped in the summer I have no idea why. the consent order is sealed. does this mean that even though the land registry transfer has been halted the land is mine to do with as i will... i.e. sell and cannot be claimed by anyone else? if anyone could give me their view id be very grateful. thank you
