my tenant owes several months in rent. Obviously I'd like to get some of this back as well as remove her from my property. Is there any way i can find out if she has a job and where that is? I'm thinking i could do an attachment order to reclaim the money.
that way i only have to do a section 21 rather than section 8. this seems to be a more straightforward way and therefore less open to risk.....though any thoughts from anyone in the know would be appreciated
