Services not delivered on time, can I get a refund?

Decided to use one of those "we visit your home and write you a will" companies. Big mistake, hadn't realised they were unacredited, lesson learned.

The contract says the will will be sent within 30 days. We are now about 60 days in, I contacted the company who basically said tough cheese, we'll send it when we send it. I'm annoyed with myself for giving these eejits £60, but more so with how rude they are.

Can I legally get a refund as services were not delivered to agreed timescale? I've researchered online but can't find an answer.
Thanks in advance.

Suggest you take the contract to CAB and ask for advice. You may be entitled to a refund or at least a reduction but it depends on what the contract says.

How did you pay? If it was by credit card, you may be able to do a chargeback since the goods have not been delivered.
