Hi everyone! Just asking for some advice regards to Cafcass, family court etc.
How do I go with contact order? Child been conceived through rape. I've reported rape almost 2 years later. I've been emotionally abused for almost 2 years (suicide threat's, turning me friend and family against me etc)
Now he wants to get contact with this child, mind me since last August he didn't bother about him, never paid, never even asked about him. He blocked me on Whatsapp after confronting him with evidence that he been arrested for fraud abroad, he denies it, until I sent newspaper article to him. Never stopped him from seeing his child, I can prove court and show my last msg to him. But now I am worried he is planing something against me by going through child, funny enough, after getting No Further Action about rape case. I do believe he suffers Narcissist personality disorder, and he is unpredictable. Any suggestions or advice regards to this and court? Thank you in advance.
