Employment Law Recommendation?

Hello, just wondering if anyone can recommend a good employment Solicitor. I'm having some issues with work post reorganisation and I've found out I've not been mapped into a roles where three other men have. Despite years of experience in my field. There was no consultation process and I find myself in a new role where I have limited experience to do the job. In addition, my attempts to go through the official policy channels via HR are being ignored. If anyone has a recommendation I would really appreciate it as I am keen to understand if I have a viable case, I'm feeling really frustrated and angry at the moment. Thank you

Could you speak to ACAS first and see what they suggest?

hedgehog76 · 27/02/2018 08:45

Thanks for your response. Yes I spoke to them, they've suggested talking to a solicitor, so I'm keen to get a recommendation.

Sorry for the rubbish advice.

Are you in England and Wales? The Law Society may be able to help:

solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk

Yesslaw.org.uk. Offers fixed-price advice and very good on discrimination issues.

Thanks Rosielily and Sameold. I'll look into.

What familylawsolicitor said above, if you don’t have any personal contacts who are lawyers to advise you.
