In a nutshell: bought a fiat 500 end of November, had it 2 wks then had a fuse problem where fuse blew every time it was used and no brake lights or dashboard power, car went back to dealer for a wk who couldn’t find anything wrong with it, had for another 2 wks then same problem repeatedly, took it back again and it was sorted, that was 4 wks ago then 10 days ago power steering failed, completely locked whilst turning out of road. Dealer agreed not safe to drive and offered to split the cost of tow truck (£140 total) for them to look at. On weds phoned for update and told me his mechanic guys couldn’t find anything wrong, so would send to fiat garage thurs, phoned last night to find out no one can find anything wrong with it. Have just phoned fiat garage and they have no record of having ever seen my car!! What can I do now? I don’t want the car back as it hasn’t been repaired or even locked at by fiat like the dealer told me, I don’t know whether to believe his mechanic has even looked at it!!
