Hey,

I ve never use this before but hoping for some advice from anyone in the same situation.

I received a letter from my daughters father on the 5th February with regards to contact with her. It was filled with incorrect information. Having never dealt with this before i called to say i wouldn't be agreeing with the terms in the letter.
I have received a further letter acknowledging my phone call and stating they thought they would be contact by a representative on my behalf and will expect a response with 7 days before they advise him to take this further.

Am i able to email a response stating i am responding with the 7 days stated in their letter. At this moment in time i am seeking legal advice and will aim to have a fuller response to them within 28 days from the date the email is sent ?

Really grateful of anyones experience with this

Hi OP, we're going to move this thread over to our Legal Matters topic - you'll hopefully get some advice soon.
