Am looking for advice about getting a non-molestation order or interdict against a blood relative who is resident in Scotland.
I am not resident in the UK.
It's concerning persistent, intrusive telephone calls from someone with whom I'm no contact (for very good reasons, I am also in treatment for PTSD). These calls are escalating, both in number and also as the person concerned is also calling my HR department at work demanding contact.
The person calling is clearly identified.
My mobile has the calls on block (desk phone directs to mobile), these new ones are coming via the switchboard. They do not have my extension number.
Can I apply for either a non-molestation order or interdict (an interdict may be enough to start) from outside Scotland to apply to someone living in Scotland? And how much would it cost?
