Can i ask another question to the solicitors on here?

Consent order has been drafted by my solicitor and is good to go.

I'm completing d081 and form a myself.

Firstly, can we send in joint forms, or do we need to do them separately?

Secondly with form a, what an earth do i tick on the first page???? I jyst want to send in a consent order - no property or pension transfers, just cash.
Under 'nature of applicatiin' do i tick any boxes? And am i applying or proceeding?

Thanks for any suggestions!

Thank you! That makes it so much simpler.
Do i need property addresses if they are already in separate names/mortgages and are staying that way?
An hour of googling this afternoon and i was non the wiser.
Thanks loads.
