I've got to go to court in a week and if I get an on the spot fine and I can't pay it what happens?

They dont give in the spot fines they have to give you time to pay

When I've observed in the Magistrates and there's been a fine issued, one of the Magistrate's has asked if the defendant can pay that amount today and if not, they then give the opportunity to pay in weekly installments.

You will be given a form to complete detailing income and expenditure.

Fill that in and hand back, you will be written to and a sum will be requested with instructions on how to pay.

I have that form my dads going to help me fill it out because it's confusing x
