Advice needed court form c1a

Hello. Help! advice needed.
My ex partner with whom our daughters care is shared equally on a half a week basis has decided to file a c100 form with the court. Basically the care of our three year old has been 50/50 split for over a year since we separated and has been working well. She’s a happy, outgoing, developmentally advanced child and all reports from nursery are fantastic. My ex partner has gone to the court and told a pack of lies and total fabrications about my ability to care for our daughter and is trying to get sole custody.
My ex has also ticked the box saying that there are additional concerns for the child’s safety and welfare too so has completed a c1A form.
I am filing a response to the C1a form because everything that has been alleged is total fabrication however the allegations are numerous and there is only a very small space. Am I able to attach an additional sheet or should I just file my own c1a as I also have concerns for our daughters welfare?
Unfortunately I believe my ex is taking this action out of spite as has always wanted us to get back together which I do not and is using our daughter as a weapon!
I am financially unable to afford to get legal representation so thought I’d reach out to the community on here to see if anyone has had a similar experience.
Should I file a C1a as well as responding on her allegations?
Should I lodge a counter c100 claim or is that not how it works?
Thanks in advance for your help on this.
Jo

The C1A is just a snapshot of the concerns. The Court will investigate each concern and counter-concern once the proceedings are up and running.

Your ex should have completed the "grid" in the C1A. There should be another grid for you to complete towards then end of the form.

There is no need to lodge another C100 - the court is entitled to make any application for either party as it sees fit.

The initial forms to the Court provides just brief details so the Judge knows the basics of the situation. The Judge will then set directions for the gathering of further information, so you get your chance to put your views across. It's likely that you both will be ordered to file statements, and that will be your opportunity to give your full story.

The Court may also order a report to be produced to look into the concerns (a s7 Report). This will be produced independently by a CAFCASS officer, and will advise the Judge.

Don't worry too much about the initial forms - at the first hearing, the Judge will get more information from you both then set directions.
