My sister has had her 4 children taken from her. The older 2 are now with their father and younger 2 with a long term foster mother. There is a court order against her that states she can only see them 6 times a year under supervision. There is no court order against the rest of the family. Are we still allowed to see them?
I am in contact with the father of the older 2 and he very much wants us all involved still, but doesn't want to risk doing anything social consider wrong. He has tried getting hold of them to ask where we stand but it's been almost 3 weeks now and he still hasn't spoken to the kids social worker. She never answers and doesn't respond to his voicemails. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you x
