Company not provided product or refund

Hi all,

Looking for advice on what can legally be done if a sole trader has bought a product which hasn’t been provided and ignores calls for a refund.

Send them a letter before action giving them a reasonable deadline for refunding the money and stating that legal action will be taken if they don't pay. If they don't, start a claim.
