Hi just wanted to pick some brains as I can’t seem to find the answer anywhere else!

My daughter is going overseas with her secondary school. I have residency under a court order for my three kids so I know I can take them on holiday without asking my ex for permission however do I need ex’s permission for the school to take her overseas? Just wanting to cover all bases as don’t want her to get to airport with her classmates and be denied to leave because I have not done my home work

No you don't. You can take or send your daughter out of the country without your ex's consent provided she returns within one month. In this case you are sending her out of the country with the school.

Ahh cool :-) the wording explaining about the order was a bit unclear - it did say I could take them for up to a month but left out the bit about letting someone else on my behalf (School) take them did not I could "transfer" that bit over. Thanks :-)
