Can i please request some help and advice on a finance car deal i have taken out?
i bought a used car on monday from a car dealership (signed an order form, with vehicle details, price etc.) and was told the finance had gone through and to pick up on wednesday, yesterday i received a call that said basically the car couldn’t be sold as it had been leased out already.
Is there anything i can do?
Do i have any rights as a customer?
i’ve basically been told sorry, but we’re not sorry and to purchase a more expensive financed car as there’s nothing the same price.
i was hoping they could at least try and match the price i had for the other vehicle.
or give me the actual one (i can only hope).
