Does anyone know of/ can recommend a lawyer specialising in Spanish property. Dps have an apartment in costa del sol and have owned since the 80s .. want to sell it now as they are getting on a bit and don't visit much but for various reasons they don't have a copy of the escritura ( Spanish title deed) but can evidence that they have owned it been paying rates etc on it for many years

Any ideas welcomed thanks!

There's a living overseas board on here - try posting there or have a look at online forums for expats in Spain.
