Quick custody question

Does anyone know if a custody case went to court, would the judge most likely recommend the pick ups and drop offs are shared equally between the 2 separated parents? Or would they say one parent (ie the Dad) should do this? Custody would be 50/50 if that helps

Thanks

Judges (if you are lucky - generally magistrates now) get irritated dealing with matters like this. There is no hard and fast rule, it is a practicality and they would tend not to get involved but rather encourage the parties to reach an agreement on it.

Are the children in school or childcare? Can arrangements be made for pick ups/drop offs to be at the childcare/school?
