I am a European citizen with a child who has a British father, we are separated and I am the primary carer for our child. She's only couple of months old and as a single parent without family here I can't return to work and haven't got right to universal credit etc to help out. I want to return to my country however I don't want to breach any laws.. what's the process of a relocation order? Has anyone had experience with this? Do you know timescale/costs involved? Likelihood of it being granted? Any lawyers to recommend?
