Pandora -what should I do next?

Back in April my daughters friends clubbed together and got her a pandora gift card for £50. When she went online to buy a bracelet, the web site crashed, taking the money from the card and not actually raising the order.

We have been in store, we have emailed, we have spoken on the phone. We have used the online dispute resolution service.

Whoever we speak to agrees that the card has been incorrectly debited but continually blame a different department, saying that they personally cannot make the refund nor send out the bracelet.

What do we do next?

One of the newspaper columns dealing with consumer problems, like the Guardian's?

That's dreadful!! Get your daughter to complain about it on social media - bound to get their attention quicker!!!

Thanks.
I don't think my daughter wants her friends to realise ..they'd be so upset.

Twitter often sees a situation like this resolved, as it's so public. Failing that, small claims court?
