I have noticed that some people have problems with indesit and their service. I have had the same problem with a tumble dryer which kept breaking down and had three engineers out and still broke down after the repairs. Indesit wanted to charge £80 for another engineer to come out, which I refused to pay. This had been going on since jan 17 I came across a website called resolver were they take up your complaint for you it is part of Martin Lewis. I filled in the details on 26 November 2017 they took up the complaint and today I received a new tumble dryer.
