Costs and provisional assessment

Hello,

This is what happened:
Notice of commencement served with Bill of costs
I served PoDs
No replies served

Then, 5 months later, provisional assessment notice received
Costs Officer just marked on the Bill of costs

I don't know if my PoDs were in front of the Costs Officer
Courts or other solicitors aren't confirming this

I thought if no replies are served the Costs Officer would just uphold my PoDs

If they haven't included my PoDs when applying for a PA, can I request their costs are struck out?

Thanks!
