Hello,
I'm on income support and in the 3rd court hearing and so far it has cost me £7,000 that's for solicitor letters court fees and barristers ect. But I'm dealing with a stupid argumentative man child.

Good luck!! Pick a damn good solicitor. Get many half an hour free chats with lots get one you like.

£215 but sometimes if you are on certain benefits the fee is waived or reduced. You pay extra separately for your legal advice and representation obviously but that would be very costly. Most people choose to represent themselves to keep costs to a minimum.
