I recently tried selling some tickets using Viagogo recently. They sold quickly and I was given until yesterday to post them, all fine, no problem.
I followed the instructions on my email, printing the post labels etc, however, the link to arrange a courier wouldn’t work. I tried contacting Viagogo but 1. there ‘procedure’ links just took me round in circles and got me nowhere. 2. They don’t provide a phone number to speak with a real person.
As I was running out of time, I arranged the courier myself for between 10-2 yesterday. However UPS called at 10am and said they couldn’t make the collection.
Now I’ve had an email from Viagogo cancelling the sale and charging me over £100 for not providing the tickets!
Does anyone know if I have any chance of getting a refund a it was not my fault and I can’t adford to be out of pocket.
