Hi need advice worried. .just went into back of someone at very low speed spoke with driver he said his back bumper was bit loose and would accept ³£20 (I know I was prob gullible) but paid it no details were exchanged and we both went on our way .The logo on my car is cracked but that's about it should I inform my insurance to cover myself?

Honestly ? I think you'd be in a tiny minority if you do.
Officially ? You are supposed to inform them of any collision.

However, with people who pay insurance being fleeced at every turn by the insurance companies, I think you'll find the overwhelming majority of people would forget it ever happened.
