Ex doesn’t have contact at all, court order and everything. But still had PR.
I am planning to homeschool our son but will I have to tell my ex or get his permission?

Thanks

PR means you both have an equal say in education decisions. That said my exh did it anyway, unless he gets a solicitor involved and he can show its not the best decision for your ds then you will be allowed to continue. My ds was expelled and choices were limited - nc at the time etc. He is back in college now as Home Ed wasn't for him.
