My husband and I have decided to separate however he is refusing to put our house on the market as want me to leave the area. My money from my previous house sale tied up in the house I’m unable to move until we sell. What am I legally allowed to do?

Is his name on the deeds? You cannot sell without both agreeing to the sale, you need to speak to a solicitor.

Yes, we have a son. Both our names are on the deed.

Agree with babybarrister. You need to divorce and sort out your finances. Get proper legal advice.
