Csa & charging order

Hi

The CSA are applying for charging orders on 4 of my ex's houses as he owes a substantial amount of child maintenance. My question is - will I be listed as the creditor or the CSA? I ask as they have accepted a payment arrangement over 5 years and have decided not to apply for an order of sale. Could I take it out of their hands and apply myself?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The CSA will have the charging order, not you.
