Tv license fine

Do you declare this when you apply for car insurance does anyone know? It’s spent and the fines paid off etc

Insurance companies only ask about motoring convictions and unspent non-motoring convictions. So if your TV license fine is spent (i.e. the fine was imposed more than 1 year ago) you won't need to declare it.
