Help!
ExH asked for Mandatory Reconsideration to try to deny he will receive any of the £44k in bonuses this year like he did last year. Twat.
Anyway. I've received the reconsideration notice and the amount he needs to pay to me has gone down by £57 per week based on his base rate salary alone.
But when I put all the details on the letter back into the online calculator including the gross weekly salary, it comes back as £30 more than their new calculation per week. Have they just made a mistake?
I've received no maintenance from him since starting the claim in August so have requested collect and pay now... but am I going to have to go through the whole appeals process to even just find out if this new amount is indeed wrong? That could take 9 months!
