Interim maintenance payments

Anyone have an approximate idea of costs applying to court for interim maintenance payments. Some say it's not worth it as expensive?

It really depends on the amount you need and can reasonably seek.

Since it's only likely to be for 6 months, and you're looking at maybe £3K to apply, then you need to be looking for an awful lot to make it worth while.

You need to take careful advice from someone with all the information.

Thank you yes I thought it might not be cost effective, it's just it's already been 2 years and he has stalled and dragged everything out I have a good solicitor but now on with mediation.
